Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a policy. Please review the following guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within two days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (saharasoulcreations@gmail.com) for a Return Authorization (RA) number within two days of the delivery date.

Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions:

"Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

"Final Sale" Items:

All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

For all international purchases, regardless of the item type, no returns or exchanges are allowed due to logistical constraints and international shipping regulations. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
